Turn around times vary with work load, please email for turnaround quotes. We do not guarantee turn around times, as they are estimates to the best of our knowledge at that particular time. If you need a specific date please email or call Customized Creationz for a more accurate turn around time frame and if we can accommodate your needs. We are open by appointment only 10am to 5 pm eastern. We have no public walk in hours with out appointment. Warranty work must be returned to Customized Creationz with original invoice, for inspection. Outside work will void Customized Creationz warranty. All warranty work is against defect of workmanship only or from parts we produce that are deemed defective ( untouched / unmodified ). Modification to original work or parts will void warranty.
