Our exotic wood is hand picked for the best quality and grain structure. We choose only the best wood for our customers. Grain patterns can vary significantly from 1 inch to the next. Warranty work must be returned to Customized Creationz with original invoice, for inspection. Outside work will void Customized Creationz warranty. All warranty work is against defect of workmanship only or from parts we produce that are deemed defective ( untouched / unmodified ). Modification to original work or parts will void warranty.
